The Public Health Agency of Canada, ParticipACTION, and researchers have teamed up to provide guidelines, infographics, and other communication resources that integrate information about physical activity, sedentary behaviour, and sleep. These resources may be useful to CBSS organizations looking for ways to encourage older adults to engage or re-engage in physical activity and self-care.
