May is Family Caregiver Month in BC! It’s an opportunity to recognize and celebrate the family and friends who provide most of the care when we need it, yet are often unrecognized, unsupported and underappreciated.
Please join us for a free event to honor caregivers—particularly those caring for family members living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.
Debra Sheets, host of UVic's "Call to Mind" podcast, will host an evening of listening and dialogue about caregiving, love and memory loss. In this free in-person and livestream event, a distinguished panel of experts will lead a discussion about policy, research, supports and resources, and the challenges and joys of caregiving. .
