Information Session: 2024-26 United Way BC Healthy Aging's Program Offerings Including Enhancement Grants

The Healthy Aging team invites all current and prospective grantees to attend an Information Session on Thursday, February 6 from 1-2:30PM PST to learn about 2025-26 Healthy Aging Program Offerings, Healthy Aging’s New Program & Service Design Model, and 2025-26 Enhancement Grants.
Below is an outline of the information session:
- First 30 mins: Review Healthy Aging’s New Program & Service Design Model, including a presentation of the draft Healthy Aging Theory of Change (TOC), a reminder of Healthy Aging Priority Populations, and collaboration benefits and expectations: All current Healthy Aging grantees are encouraged to attend this part of the session
- Next 60 mins: Review each of the 2025-26 Enhancement Grant offerings (20 minutes each), including the Calls for Proposals (linked below), core elements and expectations of each grant stream, and successful program highlights:
- Aging in Motion (AIM): Transportation Supports & Innovations Enhancement Grant
- Social Meals Enhancement Grant
- Volunteer Coordination & Supports Enhancement Grant
All current and prospective Healthy Aging grantees are encouraged to attend the first 30 minutes and stay if interested in learning more about Healthy Aging Enhancement grants
