CLICK HERE TO TAKE THE SURVEY - Ten survey respondents will receive a $100 gift card of their choice!

You're invited to help answer an important question about our sector: Are BC’s organizations ready to support the social and physical health of adults 55+?

The Active Aging Society, a BC non-profit, and the Active Aging Research Team, a group of researchers from the University of British Columbia who, in partnership with the Public Health Agency of Canada, have created a 10-minute survey aiming to understand organizations’ willingness and capacity to deliver a health-promoting program, called Choose to Move. Choose to Move supports people 55+ to become more socially connected and physically active for better health and mobility.

Who Should Complete the Survey?

  • You work or volunteer at an organization that serves people 55+ directly or indirectly
  • Staff members across different roles within your organization. This will help us to understand multiple perspectives from your organization.
  • Please share this survey invitation with other members of your organization– no special knowledge of the budget is required.

 More Information:

  • This survey should take about 10 minutes to complete.
  • 10 survey respondents will receive a $100 gift card of their choice.
  • Survey Deadline: March 28, 2024.
