event and training image

It will feature Indira (Indi) Riadi, who will be presenting the methods and findings of her PhD research project, focusing on exploring the social determinants of mental health of 2SLGBTQ+ seniors who live in Vancouver’s West End. Their findings touched on a few key themes including the importance of community-based services to improve mental wellbeing, social isolation, digital literacy during and after COVID-19, and current gaps in services. We will have time at the end for Q&A and open discussion.
