Canada’s Volunteer Awards (CVA) recognizes volunteers, not-for-profit organizations, social enterprises and businesses for their contributions across the country. The Awards highlight the many ways that volunteering strengthens communities.

Regional reviewers
Regional reviewers play an important role in assessing eligible nominations of volunteers, businesses and not-for-profit organizations. They identify the top-ranked nominations for assessment by the National Advisory Committee (NAC).

Have you ever wondered how you can show your appreciation for an amazing volunteer in your community? Canada’s Volunteer Awards, a comprehensive volunteer recognition program, is now accepting nominations in five categories and five regions of Canada until June 12, 2024. The recognition package for award recipients includes a $5,000 or $10,000 grant awarded to the nonprofit organization of the recipient’s choosing. Please visit the Canada’s Volunteer Awards website to learn more about the Awards and submit a nomination for a deserving volunteer.
