Walmart Community Giving

Walmart Canada cares about the wellbeing of communities across Canada. We consider it our responsibility to give back to causes and organizations that are having a positive impact on communities across the country, so Canadians can live better. By partnering with local, regional and national organizations, we are able to deliver on our mission of supporting Canadian families in need. To see how our grants have improved the lives of Canadians, we’re proud to be able to share their stories.

Organizations must be:

• A Canadian non-profit organization operating for purposes beneficial to Canadian communities.
• A registered charity holding a current charitable registration number with the Canada Revenue Agency.
• Government-owned or controlled schools, community centres, parks, libraries, shelters and hospitals.
• A registered Canadian amateur athletic association with the Canada Revenue Agency.
