Advancing Innovation in Aging: Key Learnings from Walk With Me 2024

Walk With Me (WWM) is a national conference made possible by the Schlegel-UW Research Institute for Aging, in partnership with Capital Care. The conference brings together leaders and changemakers from all over the country to learn with and from each other about how to nurture a social model of care and enhance the aging journey for all. 

The Walk With Me 2024 conference was hosted over three days in Ottawa and brought together more than 300 delegates from Canada, the United States and Australia to connect on Culture Change topics.
