Finding Home: Where Social Connection Becomes Care
This video, developed by Aging in the Right Place (AIRP) Vancouver team in collaboration with the Hey Neighbour Collective, highlights the experiences of older adults in Metro Vancouver who are residents of Brightside Homes buildings and participants in the OASIS program. Through their stories, the video explores how social connection and community-based care support aging in the right place and foster a sense of home and belonging.
