FREE Training and Resources to Promote Advance Care Planning in Your Community!

In the Fall of 2021, the BC Centre for Palliative Care will be offering FREE training, tools, and ongoing coaching to community organizations interested in hosting advance care planning programs in their communities. A recent poll found that, although 76% of British Columbians agree that it’s important to talk about what matters for their future health care, less than half had taken the first step: having a conversation with family. Advance care planning can help people get the health care that matches their wishes, even if they can’t speak for themselves.
