[Invitation for Insights] How your work reduces social isolation and loneliness in older adults

news image

Dear Canadian Coalition for Seniors’ Mental Health (CCSMH) supporter,

We’re inviting you to share your insights for a 2026 National Spotlight Campaign that celebrates health care and social service professionals across Canada who are supporting older adults with their social health.

This campaign is being championed by the Canadian Coalition for Seniors’ Mental Health (CCSMH), developers of the first Clinical Guidelines on social isolation and loneliness in older adults. It will highlight practical examples and innovative approaches–big and small–from the field.

Your first-hand experiences, insights, and successes can:

  • Highlight what’s working in your practice or organization
  • Inspire and inform colleagues across Canada
  • Strengthen efforts to prevent, identify, and address social isolation and loneliness

This Invitation for Insights takes less than 15 minutes to complete. As a thank you, you’ll be entered into a draw to win one of ten $50 gift cards. Please submit your responses by November 28, 2025.

Thank you for sharing how your work is reducing social isolation and loneliness in older adults.
