[Survey] Help shape WHO’s first global recommendations on loneliness and social isolation
Do you run (or have you run) an initiative or programme that aims to help people who feel lonely or isolated?
WHO is developing its first global recommendations on reducing loneliness and social isolation, due in 2027. But academic research alone cannot fully tell us what matters when running such initiatives – for example, how much they cost, who and what is needed to run them successfully, or what makes them meaningful and inclusive for the people they were designed for.
That knowledge sits with you – and we want to learn from you. Please help us develop the best recommendations that we can by sharing your experiences in a survey:
Share your experiences (survey closes 24 July)
The survey is open until 24 July 2026 (Friday), in English, Chinese, French, Japanese, Portuguese and Spanish. And if you haven’t implemented such an initiative but know someone who has – please share it with them!
