COURAGE: Take Action Resources
It’s time for new era where all Canadians can age with choice and dignity. We need a national aging strategy to make sure everyone can age well, on their own terms—in the places we call home and in the communities we love.
COURAGE’s Take Action page has a variety of resources that provide a vision for better aging in Canada. These include:
· A brief explaining why Canada needs a National Aging Strategy
· A National Aging Strategy policy statement, including objectives, policy pillars and resources
· An infographic on aging in Canada with important statistics on population shifts, social determinants, care demands and more
· Findings from an Ipsos survey conducted on behalf of COURAGE that demonstrate alignment among Canadians for action to address and support aging in the community
