Draft Theory of Change United Way BC Healthy Aging Programs

To support the shift in United Way BC Healthy Aging's Priority Populations, and in alignment with Healthy Aging’s new Program & Service Design Model, please find a working draft of the Theory of Change (TOC) to assist agencies in service delivery to vulnerable seniors in BC.
Please note: This draft is provided as a placeholder until more robust consultations with the Community-Based Seniors’ Services (CBSS) sector are held. This work is in progress and has so far included the CBSS Celebration and Learning Event attendees, the Learning & Evaluation Advisory Committee, and the CBSS Leadership Council. Further engagement with Senior's Advisory Committees is in progress.
