Guidelines (for older adults): Healthy Eating and Healthy Aging
HealthLinkBC has created a concise healthy eating guideline for older adults. This resource was made for adults over age 50 and provides information that will help this group choose foods that make them feel better, achieve or maintain a healthy weight, and prevent or manage chronic disease, such as heart disease and diabetes.
*Multilingual: This document is available in various languages: Chinese, Farsi, French, Korean, Punjabi, Spanish, and Vietnamese.
