Neighbourhood watch: How to help active seniors combat isolation
Isolation and loneliness is impacting many older adults. Yet, there are ways that this can be combatted. As Dr. Roger Wong notes, going back to local community and neighbours can be very helpful. This can be done with technology and reaching out and teaching seniors how to use it.
