[Recording] Advance Planning: Wills, Power of Attorney, Joint Bank Accounts and Representation Agreements
Advance Planning can help to ensure your wishes will be respected if you were to become incapable and when you pass away.
Presented by Marie-Noël Campbell, Executive Director and Lawyer at Seniors First BC, this presentation went over advance planning tools such as Joint Bank Accounts, Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Representation Agreements. By learning about these topics, you will be better able to provide information and support to older adults who have questions about these tools or are searching for resources to help with advance planning. We also discussed potential misuse of these tools and resources for further assistance.
