resource image

This session highlights two complementary caregiver support pathways: Family Caregivers of BC’s provincial Caregiver Rx program and United Way BC’s community-based Family and Friend Caregiver Support programs. Participants learned what each program offers, how the supports differ and work together, and how to confidently connect caregivers to the right resources and referral options in their communities.
