[Resource] Healthy Aging Framework and Theory of Change

resource image

The Healthy Aging Framework and accompanying Theory of Change (TOC) provide a unified vision for advancing Healthy Aging programs across BC. The document shares:

  • Our purpose, expected outcomes, and focus on the Determinants of Healthy Aging.
  • The guiding principles that shape our work.
  • The central role of collaboration in amplifying collective impact.

The Healthy Aging Framework can help us to better align our efforts and guide our shared understanding of Healthy Aging programs’ design, implementation, and learning and evaluation approaches.

Below, you will find a recording of the Healthy Aging Framework Info Session held on January 15, 2026 and also attachments including the Framework, Theory of Change, and appendices. FAQ to be added soon.
