[Report] Hey Neighbour Collective’s Evaluation Report: Impacts and learnings from our first five years (2019-2024)
Hey Neighbour Collective’s 5-Year Learning Report is officially released!
At our recent symposium, ‘Living Together: connecting housing, social health, and resilience’, we shared and engaged in great conversations with many of you about some of the key learnings from HNC’s first five years. We are excited to now officially share our full evaluation report.
This milestone report captures the journey of HNC and our incredible partners over the past half-decade as we work together towards a future where more of Canada’s multi-unit housing is socially connected, neighbourly, health-promoting and resilient.
Drawing from resident voices, demonstration and systems-partner insights, and five years of collaborative work, the report highlights key achievements, challenges, and lessons learned. It also outlines promising directions for collective action, including opportunities to scale best-practice social programming, and levers to shift policy in support of socially connected and resilient housing.
