[Resource] BC Brain Wellness Program
BC Brain Wellness Program is a lifestyle-based intervention program to support the quality of life and wellbeing for individuals with chronic brain conditions, their care partners, and older adults in BC. We offer free virtual and free or low-cost in-person (UBC Vancouver) programming for individuals through group and 1-1 classes such as exercise, art, music, improv, nutrition, and dance programs.
