This toolkit is designed to assist community organizations in starting a community kitchen - it has a specific focus on Newfoundland and Labrador, however, much of the information is relevant and transferable of B.C. setting. It outlines key steps to starting a kitchen, and provides a range of tools and support materials to help you along the way. It is based on best practices research about community kitchens which were identified through a review of existing reports, resources, and guides on community kitchens in Canada.
