[Event] Dancing with Parkinson's inaugural dance class in British Columbia!

event and training image

Dancing with Parkinson's (DWP) aims to bring people living with Parkinson’s disease and seniors out of isolation and into an artistic community where they can dance and connect with others.

The DWP program is specifically designed for people living with Parkinson's disease and seniors who wish to experience the joy of moving to music with us. Using the Dance for PD® Method as its foundation, our research-backed classes provide physical and emotional benefits for those who participate. Our online and in-person dance classes are taught by specially trained DWP instructors who deliver effective, fun, and artistic programming centered on creative self-expression and meaningful connection.

Led by Sarah and David Leventhal (founding Instructor and Program Director of Dance for PD), they are now launching in-person classes in BC!
