[Training] Advance Care Planning Facilitator Training

As interest in ACP facilitator training continues to grow, we are doing our best to meet the demand with more training dates in 2026. The first 3-part (6-hour) interactive, online training is scheduled for:

January 29, February 5, and February 12, from 1 - 3 PM (PST)

The training equips community organization staff and volunteers to host public information sessions, helping people to make informed decisions about their future health and personal care. The free, interactive 3-part training course includes 6 hours of guided learning, a robust library of resources and coaching.
