[Training] ASIST and safeTALK training
Free Suicide Prevention Training – For Seniors & Their Supporters
Thanks to funding from New Horizons, the Crisis Center is offering free ASIST and safeTALK training for adults 60+ and those who support them through work, caregiving, or community roles.
LivingWorks ASIST is the world’s leading suicide intervention training and an empowering program that promotes a whole community response to suicide prevention.
In this 2-day in-person workshop, participants learn how to prevent suicide by recognizing signs, providing a skilled intervention, and developing a safety plan to keep someone safe from suicide.
Limited spots – sign up today and help make our community safer and stronger.
