[Webinar] The Challenges Faced by Family Caregivers in Japanese Canadian and Immigrant Communities

As our Japanese community ages, care for seniors heavily depends upon their family caregivers. However, their needs have not drawn enough attention. Tonari Gumi has done the research on the needs of family caregivers in our community. In this session, our research findings will be presented to community organization leaders and program/services coordinators with intention of giving information and ideas of program/services development for family caregivers in our community. This session will also help non-Japanese organizations which provide services to multicultural populations. See the attached poster for the event details.
Please note this session is open only to organization leaders and program/services coordinators.
This is provided by Support Our Seniors and Caregivers Project (SOS C Project) of Tonari Gumi. This research project was funded by Petro Canada CareMakers Foundation.
