Clutter is formally defined as “a large group of usually unrelated or marginally related objects piled together in a disorganized fashion in spaces designed for other purposes (e.g. tabletops, floor, hallway).” This webinar presentation from BC Association of Community Response Networks (BC CRNs) will help viewers to:

  • Understand the differences between clutter, collecting, squalor and hoarding.
  • Understand what the hoarding disorder is.
  • Understand the statistics, the “why” and patterns of the hoarding disorder.
  • Understand how you can assist.
  • Understand its relationship to abuse.

Presenter: April Struthers, Director of Knowledge Exchange, Research and Learning, BC Association of CRNS

Presentation slides and additional resources are shared at the bottom of the page.
